  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount, as specified on our website.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

 

International Shipping

  • Currently, Miura Enterprise only ships within Malaysia. For inquiries regarding international orders, please contact us directly.

Return and Refund Policy


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Goods

  • Goods Sold are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:

       All products sold by Miura Enterprise, including AKEEYO and AONCIA brands, are considered final sale. Once         

       purchased, these items are not eligible for return or refund except under specific conditions outlined below.

 

Exceptions to the Policy

  • Defective Products:

       If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, customers may contact our customer service       

       team within 14 days of receipt to discuss the issue. Miura Enterprise will assess the defect and, if applicable, offer

       repair, replacement, or credit.

 

  • Shipping Errors:

       In the case of a shipping error, such as receiving the wrong product or an item missing from the order, customers

       should notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or offer a suitable

       resolution.

 


Miura Enterprise Rights

  • Discretionary Rights:

       -Miura Enterprise reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of returns and refunds. Any requests for returns          or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Miura Enterprise.
       -Before initiating any return or refund process, customers are required to contact our customer service team for       

       approval.

       -Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

       Miura Enterprise reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping and Return Policy at any time. Any changes   

       will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically.
